thanks my vs is Ok the crystal was out of order ! I changed it and mp3 went playing song but crystal burnt again and again ! I don't know what is the problem, I am using 12.288 Mhz crystal and ceramic capacitor is 22p. please guide me

Is there any easy test for checking vs1003

Hello I was working on vs1003 and every thing was OK . the mp3 player was playing very good but today it doesn't work! I checked Xt1 and Xt2 (crystal pins ) by oscilloscope and observed and sinuous wave by 12mhz period so I don't know if my vs1003 has burnt or no? should I change it by new one ? is ...

There is another question I used to used SPI protocol for setting vs registers no I want to know is it possible to use UART protocol to set vs registers instead of SPI ?

Maybe you can share your code and I can show how you can change it? -Panu I used that codes that I put in several days ago (please refer to post "Thu May 22, 2014 11:12 am") and you said the header isn't same by your header, notice I used your header but it didn't work! so I use myself header codes...

Thank you very much now I can record my voice and can play it, just my problem is the record time is limited (around 10 second )and I want to control it for example by pressing switch 1 the device start to recording and by pressing switch 2 the device stop recording.
