How are you configuring the ADMixer?

yes,
vs1063_write_reg(index,SCI_MODE,SM_DEFAULT | SM_LAYER12| SM_LINE1);
//
vs1063_write_reg(index,SCI_WRAMADDR, ADMIXERGAIN_ADDR);
vs1063_write_reg(index, SCI_WRAM,0xfffa);
//
adMixerConfig = (ADMIXER_RATE48| ADMIXER_MODESTEREO) << 4;
vs1063_write_reg(index,SCI_WRAMADDR,ADMIXERCONFIG_ADDR);
vs1063_write_reg(index, SCI_WRAM, adMixerConfig);
//
vs1063_write_reg(index,SCI_WRAMADDR,PLAYMODE_ADDR);
playMode = ADMIXER_ENABLE;
vs1063_write_reg(index, SCI_WRAM,playMode);
//

The setup looks ok to me, at least if the defines are correct.

Maybe you have DC offset on the line inputs which causes a snap when you turn on ADMIXER.

Are the line inputs biased to be around the RCAP/GBUF voltage (1.2V or 1.65V depending on the reference voltage)?

But I tested this MICP, It has 1.8V DC voltage all the time,
