Earlier I released an experimental Windows program VSPROM9 for writing SPI flash contents in the VS1005. Discussion for that can be found in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=681&start=10#p11097
Now I've worked on it a little and can release a new experimental version of the prommer, VSPROM10.
Attached, you can find a zip package which contains the executable and Delphi 7 source code. It also contains a new implementation for a class that does reliable serial port handling in Windows, in the file NewSerialPort.pas. It seems much more reliable than earlier versions.
Development is ongoing...
Discussion about writing software for VS1005 and the VSOS Operating System. Also posts about VS1005-related hardware design and device drivers should be posted here.

- Delphi source code for a simple and reliable serial port communication class for Windows. Seems to work quite well even with USB serial ports. Posted here in the hope that someone might find it useful. Use and distribute freely.
