Here's a little quick and dirty code that uses an Arduino LCD (don't know what it is, says "1.44' SPI 128*128 V1" in the back).
I'll post it here in case it's useful to someone. It uses SPI1 pins for the LCD connection, but the LcdPutOctet function bitbangs the byte, so it's slow. It can be rewritten to use SPI1 hardware, it'll be 50 times faster ... But anyway, can't do it now, got to run, so here it is.
