VS1063 LEFT/RIGHT Channel Outputs

Post by mehmetkazakli » Mon 2020-08-17 8:43

Hi everybody,
I am using VS1063A-L for my design. I will use it as encoder so that I do not need LEFT (Pin 46) and RIGHT (Pin 39) Channel Outputs. Do you guys know what to do with that pins? Should I leave unconnected (NC) or connect some Resistor/Capacitor?

LEFT, RIGHT, and GBUF are self-biasing, so if you don't use the analog output, you can leave them unconnected.

For debugging purposes (to monitor the recording), they could have the resistor+capacitor to ground circuit.
