Part 2: VS1010 Ultra low cost LCD FM radio + USB DAC + SD/USB MP3 Player

Dear VS1010 users,

I have developed further the simple FM radio project and now it builds correctly with newest vside, supports SPI flash and hopefully handles empty and non existent SD card in player mode.

The code is also put to single solution. This is the v. 1.0
